Live shows sabatical

The following statement has been issued by the band (that sounds really formal but wasn't supposed to be). This is to kind of explain why no shows have been forthcoming this year.

Having been 'at it' for nearly fifteen years (! - where did that go then???) the band have decided to take a break from live shows this year and spend a bit of time working on their own things.

Nic and Jay have been having fun in the studio over the past few weeks working on ideas for a new project, and Liz is concentrating on the more traditional side of things for a while.

Nic's also finding time - and headspace! - to design and make Celtic and Anglo-Saxon inspired ceramic sculpture and tiles for the first time since he and Liz started the band waaay back in 1994.

Huge thanks as ever for your continuing support, we really will miss seeing all of you at the festies and shows and to keep you going til we next meet... do make sure you pick up a copy of the new album 'Thirteen Fires' - it really is a stormer :o)

Xmas mini tour and Album launch

Bluehorses are playing 3 shows in 3 days in December, as part of the their traditional run up to Christmas.

This year however there is the added advantage of the launch of Thirteen Fires - the new album.

Bluehorses Cambridge show to be broadcast live on Radio Caroline

Bluehorses has been chosen as the act to be broadcast totally live and as it happens from the Cambridge Rock Festival on Saturday 18th.

The show is marked to start at 4pm and last for an hour.

If you can't be there in person you can listen in on internet radio, sky channel and a number of other feeds. See the Radio Caroline web site for full details.

We are sorry to have to inform you that the Salisbury show Has been canceled

The organizers of this festival have contacted us to pass on the bad news, we do not have any details at present, other than it will not go ahead. Apologies for any inconvieniences that this may cause.

Next Show - Mayfest at Buntingford - 27th May

The next outing for Bluehorses is at the Mayfest - Buntingford - Herts on 27th May. They are currently scheduled to be on the Walkern Stage at 8pm after Chris Jagger's Atcha and before the Nimmo Brothers. the full line up can be see here.
